A certified mentor training program for leaders & managers to mentor women aspiring for leadership positions

Program Objective:

To grow the pool of high-quality male & female
leaders and managers who can effectively
mentor, inspire and guide professional women to
become leaders. And to p
romote the importance of providing inspirational mentorship to women professionals.

The programme will:

​

  • Promote a culture of mentoring in your organization and also become an impactful mentor for other women in your organization.

  • Provide an exchange of interaction and dialogue with experienced leaders wgho have actively mentored women, and enabled mentoring culture.

  • Enable and sensitize leaders and managers through reflective stories and action-based inquiries to support women professionals to enhance their talent and career pathways.

  • Transform perspective through cross-industry best mentoring practices

This is achieved through:

​

  • 2 days intensive experiential learning workshops by experienced senior mentors

  • 5 practice sessions over 5 months

  • 2 group mentoring check points with experts 

  • Peer learning through round table

  • Guidance helpline with leaders/mentors

CruciBOLD

CruciBOLD is a 12-month, holistic leadership learning initiative designed specifically for senior women aspiring to take on leadership roles in their organisations.

The program follows the 4Cs approach and focusses on enhancing of the Capability, Confidence, Credibility & Connection of the participants to take on global leadership roles.

​

The 12 months program offers:

  • structured interactive learning through successful CXOs

  • one-on -one mentoring  by global leaders, 

  • learning to pay forward

  • opportunity to engage with peer group and ideate on innovative ways to build a stronger pipeline of women leaders

Objectives of the Program :

  • Support women to reach their full potential

  • Build a robust pipeline of women for senior/leadership positions

  • Build more role models to inspire young women professionals

Its been noted as a “life Changing experience” by many senior women professionals. We invite companies to nominate high potential, mid-to-senior level women colleagues (two to three steps below CXO level) to join the path-breaking leadership and mentoring program and interact with handpicked, seasoned global leaders from private, public and non-profit sectors.

*Each program is designed exclusively for the cohort, and tailored to suit their needs, after conducting a survey on their strengths and weaknesses.

CruciBOLD Ripple

Giving forward and Learning

to be a Leader

This intervention is designed to encourage participants to “Give Forward” and help expand the pool of future women leaders by creating a ripple effect. CruciBOLD participants will themselves mentor at least one young, female professional, in collaboration with TalentNomics and alums. The mentoring will focus on building the leadership capability of the mentee and empower her by enhancing her confidence, capabilities, and connections to succeed in her chosen path. TalentNomics will facilitate the matching of mentors with mentees across cultures and train both.

For organisations committed to  building diversity at senior levels/building and strengthening their internal pipelines of potential global women leaders.

During the program, participants will have the opportunity to engage with handpicked group of global leaders and hold insightful discussions on different aspects of leveraging their leadership potential.

 

They will be guided through one-on-one mentoring by a TalentNomics India assigned mentor, and create the ripple effect they create for other women in  the organisation.

A Focussed Mentoring Program for Aspiring Women Professional and Entrepreneurs.

WeAspire is a 6-9 months, focussed mentoring program designed specifically for women professionals aspiring for leadership roles. 

 

The program follows the 4Cs approach and focuses on helping women overcome the gender related challenges on the path to leadership. It seeks to enhance the Confidence, Credibility, Capability, & Connection of the participants to take on leadership roles.

​

Program Structure:

  • Engage with the organization’s Leadership, about five senior leaders, to understand the culture and the leadership needed in the future

  • Engage with the Participants through a survey to understand their aspirations, leadership strengths, and challenges better

  • Mentor-Mentee Matching based on: Suitability based on mentee’s aspirations, goals and challenges, Diverse perspective of varied organizations and culture Strengths and skills of the mentors 

  • Launch Meeting – TalentNomics to conduct a launch meeting with Mentees, in the presence of their leaders, explaining to them about the role and expectations of the mentee and the mentoring process

  • Five (one hour) one-on-one mentoring sessions with the seasoned mentors spread over a period of 6 months

  • Initiate the Mentoring meetings - TalentNomics will introduce, Mentor and Mentee through emails and then mentee will drive subsequent meetings

  • Dipstick with Mentors and Mentees mid-way into the program to gauge progress

  • Individual Learning & Sustainability Plan - At the close of the program develop Individual Learning & Sustainability Plan, under the guidance of the mentor
