WeLEAD: Why should you partner with us

WeLEAD is a holistic leadership learning initiative, for mid-to-senior level women, for organisations committed to  building diversity at senior levels. Providing mentorship and training to groups of 15-20 women in  organisations has proven to bring significant benefits, in terms of growth in confidence and capabilities of participants as well the ripple effect they create for other women in  the organisation.

The Leadership cum Mentoring Program is customised based on every organisation’s culture, needs and aspirations of  potential women leaders. The duration of the program could vary from 3 to 6 months.

During the course of the program, participants get to interact with a handpicked group of global leaders and hold insightful discussions on different aspects of  leadership. As part of the program, they have the opportunity to learn from each other and are also guided through one on one mentoring by a TalentNomics India assigned mentor.

Our approach is to engage with you and your women leaders to help unleash their potential and build capabilities in line with your corporate Strategy through an interactive approach:

  • We start by engaging with leaders and stakeholders to understand program expectations, followed by a survey with prospective participants to understand their potential, opportunities and challenges
  • Roll out half day leadership insight sessions with leaders from your organisation and external seasoned experts/leaders on topics based on participants survey analysis and leaders’ expectations.
  • Individual one-on-one mentoring sessions with seasoned external mentors over a video or audio call.
