Vasanthi Srinivasan

Ms. Vasanthi Srinivasan is a Professor in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management Area in IIM, Bangalore. Currently, she is the Chairperson of Digital Learning.
Ms. Srinivasan has over three decades been extensively involved in designing and delivering Leadership Development Programs for Indian and International companies. She has also designed and delivered “Tanmatra: Women in Leadership” – a leadership development programme exclusively for senior women leaders in business and “Aritra-a social sector leadership development program” exclusively for senior leaders in the social sector.
She previously served as the President of Indian Academy of Management and holds a Fellow Programme in Management from IIM
Bangalore, and a PGD in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She was the ICCR Chair Professor of Corporate Responsibility and Governance at the HHL School of Management, Leipzig, Germany, in 2012-2013. She was a British Council Visiting Scholar at the International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility at the Nottingham University Business School in 2007.
Vasanthi is currently on the Advisory board of the Enable India and the Chairperson of the Board of Fourth Wave Foundation. She was a member of the Uday Kotak Committee on Corporate Governance set up by India's Securities Exchange Board in 2017. She is an Executive Committee Member of the International Society of Business, Economics & Ethics (ISBEE). She is on the working group on Business and human rights constituted by National Human Rights Commission of India.
